$230/hour busy Level III trauma center in Minnesota – CRNAs locum

Job Description

Recruiting Resources is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens position at a busy Level III trauma center in Minnesota. This is an open-ended assignment offering competitive compensation, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, OB, and other adult specialty cases
• Place spinals, epidurals, and other regional anesthesia independently
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the perioperative period
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and surgical staff
• Utilize EPIC charting system for patient documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• $230/hour
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Opportunity to pick up additional call for increased income
• Flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• Active Minnesota RN and APRN licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Proficiency with spinals, epidurals, and regional anesthesia required
• Must carry malpractice insurance with coverage limits of $1M/$3M

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Option for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Opportunity for weekend and call coverage (optional)
• 184-bed facility with 9 operating rooms
