$250/hr Locum CRNA Opportunity – High-Volume Trauma Hospital in Charlotte

Job Description

CRNA Together is partnering with a major Charlotte-area health system to provide long-term locum tenens coverage. This exclusive opportunity offers premium rates, full travel coverage, and malpractice insurance with tail. The hospital is a Level II trauma center in a Charlotte suburb and seeks at least 15 locum CRNAs daily through the end of 2025 and into 2026.

Ideal for CRNAs interested in 90-day+ assignments, this position provides consistent work, varied cases, and strong support from a CRNA-only staffing firm known for transparency and provider-first service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia for a range of cases including trauma, ortho, spine, general, vascular, and thoracic
• Perform advanced skills: spinals, epidurals, arterial lines, and vent management
• Work in a supervised care team model (3:1 or 4:1)

Compensation & Benefits

• $250/hour (1099)
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail covered
• $50/day referral bonus for each day worked by a referred CRNA

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active license in North Carolina or eligibility
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Minimum 90-day commitment preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum Tenens through 12/31/2025 (likely extension into 2026)
• 8- and 12-hour shifts available; some 10s in GI/Endo
• Level II trauma center in Charlotte suburb
• Credentialing timeline: approx. 60 days
