Job Description
AMN Healthcare is seeking an experienced Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an independent practice role in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This 3-month contract (with the option to extend) offers a Monday–Thursday schedule, no call or weekends, and a quick credentialing process for candidates with clean backgrounds.
Enjoy autonomy and a flexible workweek while delivering anesthesia for a variety of bread-and-butter outpatient procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia independently for cases including GI, ENT, urology, orthopedics, and general surgery
- Manage patient care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Utilize AllScripts EMR for documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive 1099 hourly/day rate
- 3-month contract with option to extend
- Fast credentialing (2 weeks with clean background)
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Kentucky license
- Must be comfortable practicing independently
- Clean background required for expedited credentialing
Schedule & Work Environment
- Locum Tenens – Monday through Thursday
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- No weekends, no call
- Independent practice setting
