Arizona Locum CRNA – $230/hr, 50–60 Cases/Day, 30-Day Start

Job Description

Work in a fast-paced hospital environment providing anesthesia services across multiple specialties. This is a high-volume facility with both main OR and ambulatory center coverage. Immediate locum opportunities available with competitive pay and a streamlined credentialing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia coverage in 11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory surgery center rooms.
• Manage a case mix including ortho, ortho trauma, general, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Adapt to a busy schedule of 50–60 cases per day.

Compensation & Benefits

• $230/hr.
• Overtime paid after scheduled shift (no weekly OT after 40 hours).
• 1099 independent contractor status.

Job Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA.
• Active Arizona license (time to license available for out-of-state providers).
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• Recent hospital anesthesia experience required.
• DEA and CSR not required.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Hospital setting, 317-bed facility.
• Electronic Medical Records: Cerner and SaAnesthesia.
• 50–60 cases per day in a high-volume surgical department.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days.
• Phone interview with Dr. Weiss required.
