Job Description
A full-time locum CRNA is needed on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kamuela. This assignment offers independent practice, a strong case mix, and a chance to live and work in one of the most desirable locations in the U.S. Block skills and OB experience are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fully independent anesthesia care across multiple specialties
- Perform regional blocks and obstetric anesthesia
- Manage general, orthopedic, spine, and trauma cases
- Oversee perioperative anesthesia planning and assessments
- Support postoperative care and patient safety
Compensation & Benefits
- $220 per hour
- Travel and lodging included
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Full-time schedule only
Job Requirements
- Active Hawaii CRNA license preferred
- NBCRNA certification
- Experience with regional blocks (required)
- OB anesthesia experience (required)
- Ability to practice independently
Schedule & Work Environment
- 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
- Some call required
- Independent practice model
- Cases include ortho, spine, general surgery, OB, some pediatrics, and some trauma
