Job Description

Experienced CRNA for a locum assignment in Kansas beginning November 17th. This is an independent practice role with a wide case mix and strong compensation. CRNAs must be proficient in blocks, spinals, and epidurals. Option to work ongoing, weekly, or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia independently across a range of procedures
• Handle OR call (home call, 30-minute response)
• Perform regional anesthesia including blocks, spinals, and epidurals
• Rotate with 5 CRNAs across 5 ORs

Compensation & Benefits

• $240/hr standard rate
• $260/hr for overtime
• $300 for weeknight call
• $1,000 for 24-hour weekend call
• $260/hr for call-back hours
• Paid malpractice insurance
• Travel and housing provided
• Permanent option: $340,000 salary for 45 weeks worked (7 weeks off)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Proficient in regional anesthesia (blocks, spinals, epidurals)
• EMR: Medaxion

Schedule & Work Environment

• Start Date: November 17th
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
• Call: 1 in 6 (home call, 30-minute response time)
• Case types: Endoscopy, Orthopedics (including spine), General Surgery, Urology, OB, ENT
• Flexible schedule: Weekly or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
