Job Description
A CRNA is needed in North Dakota to work solo 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with call every night and weekend. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including paid malpractice, housing, and travel. The CRNA will work solo in two operating rooms (ORs), primarily handling OB call with occasional cases in ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Trauma, and Neonatal care.

**Responsibilities**
– Working solo from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call every night and weekend
– Handling OB call, including C-sections and intrathecal catheters
– Perform spinals and epidurals
– Meditech/paper charting
– Cases include C-sections, cataracts, scopes, and other specialties
– 20-minute call-back time from home
**Compensation Summary**
– $240/hour regular rate
– $265/hour overtime rate
– $300/night call
– $1,000/24-hour weekend call
– $265/hour call-back rate (2-hour minimum)
– Paid malpractice, housing, and travel
Job Qualifications
– Current CRNA license
– Experience with blocks, spinals, and epidurals
– DEA and CSR required
– Ability to work independently in a solo setting
– Experience in OB/GYN, ENDO, Ophthalmology, and general surgery cases preferred
– Must be comfortable working on-call, including nights and weekends
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
– $240/hr regular
– $265/hr overtime
– Additional compensation for call and call-backs
