CRNA Job – Locum Tenens Opportunity in Idaho – $225 per hour

Recruiting Resources is seeking a CRNA for a locum tenens assignment in Idaho. This role offers $225/hr, significant overtime opportunities, and flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. The position spans multiple facilities, including both supervision-based and independent practice models, depending on the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a wide variety of cases including general surgery, ortho, spine, neuro, plastics, ENT, GI, GYN, structural hearts, EP, and interventional radiology
• Perform spinal blocks and occasional arterial lines (not required)
• Supervise anesthesia care at a maximum 4:1 ratio (independent practice available at the Nampa campus, including OB)
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• $225 per hour with overtime opportunities
• Contract length: 3 months continuous coverage preferred, with option to extend
• 40 scheduled hours per week with varying daily shifts
• Credentialing timeframe: 30–45 days with existing license; up to 90–120 days if new license required
• Scrubs provided

Job Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (required)
• Eligible for Idaho state licensure
• DEA and CSR required
• Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience
• Comfortable managing Level II Trauma cases
• Not required: epidurals, central lines, or burns/transplants/open heart/sick peds cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shifts vary between 8-, 10-, and 12-hour schedules
• Call required: 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month (option to replace with weekend shifts every 3 months)
• Patient population: mostly adolescent through geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
• Hospital size: 378 beds, 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus cath labs, endo, radiology
• Supervision-based anesthesia at main site, independent practice at Nampa campus
