CRNA Locum | 12-Week Assignment | General + Cardiac Cases | Erie, PA
Job Description
A locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is needed for a 12-week assignment in Erie, Pennsylvania, with options to extend. This opportunity involves working a variety of cases in a hospital setting under MD supervision. No call or weekend requirements make this a great work-life balance locum option.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for general, cardiac, neuro, and orthopedic cases
- Collaborate in a care team model (CRNA to MD ratio: 4:1)
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care using Epic EMR
- Support a full-time surgical schedule Monday–Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable stipend based on experience
- 1099 compensation model
- Support with licensure for out-of-state candidates
- Privileging timeframe: ~75 days
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active or eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Proficiency across multiple case types including cardiac and neuro
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- No call, nights, or weekends
- Care team model: 4 CRNAs to 1 MD
- MDs perform their own cases as well
