Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care across multiple specialties
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and formulate anesthetic plans
• Administer anesthesia for B&B, General, OB, and limited Vascular & Thoracic cases
• Manage labor analgesia and obstetric anesthesia (approx. 650 OB cases per year)
• Monitor and adjust anesthetic care throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, OB teams, and perioperative staff
• Document all clinical activities per facility standards

Compensation & Benefits

• $235/hr
• Travel and lodging stipend included
• Prefer 6-month contract term
• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Active West Virginia CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to manage OB anesthesia independently
• Competency in General, B&B, and limited Vascular/Thoracic anesthesia
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Mix of 8, 10, and possibly 12-hour shifts
• Call every 9th night and every 9th weekend
• Diverse case types: B&B, General, OB, low-volume Vascular & Thoracic
