CRNA Locum Opportunity Northeast Wyoming Flexible Schedule High Pay

Job Description

A locum tenens CRNA opportunity is available in the northeast corner of Wyoming, offering flexible part-time to full-time coverage with strong compensation and a supportive care team model. This role provides a mix of independent practice and collaboration with anesthesiologists in a well-established hospital setting.

CRNAs will manage a variety of cases while working alongside a team of 4 anesthesiologists and 7 CRNAs. Providers should be comfortable performing regional anesthesia and placing labor epidurals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple service lines including orthopedics, ENT, pediatrics, OB, and trauma/transport cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout procedures
• Place labor epidurals and perform regional anesthesia techniques
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Document all care in accordance with facility standards

Compensation & Benefits

• $240/hour base rate (approximately $9,600 – $12,250 per week)
• Overtime: $255/hour (rounded to nearest 15 minutes after guaranteed hours)
• Daily rate range: $2,000 – $2,500
• Weekday call: $400 for 12-hour beeper call
• Weekend call: $1,800 for 24 hours (includes 2 hours of callbacks)
• Callback rate: $255/hour (no minimum)
• $35/day meal per diem while on assignment
• Malpractice insurance provided
• Full travel reimbursement (flight, mileage, rental car with receipts)
• Lodging provided or stipend available with approval

Job Requirements

• Active Wyoming CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification not required
• Comfort with independent practice and supervised model
• Ability to perform labor epidurals and regional anesthesia
• Willingness to take weekday and occasional weekend call

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum tenens (1099)
• Start date: Immediate
• Monday – Friday schedule with 8-hour minimum shifts
• Option for 10-hour shifts
• Call: 1–2 weekday nights per week plus some weekend call
• Facility: 90-bed hospital with 4 ORs, endoscopy suite, and OB suite
• Patient population: Pediatrics through adults
• Team includes 4 anesthesiologists and 7 CRNAs
• CRNAs may both run rooms and work under supervision depending on case
