CRNA Locums – Minnesota | $230/hr + OT & Call Pay

Job Description

Recruiting Resources is seeking CRNAs for locum tenens coverage at a 48-bed facility in Minnesota. Enjoy flexible scheduling, generous overtime and call pay, and full travel and lodging coverage while working in an all-CRNA practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient and select inpatient cases
• Perform regional anesthesia via ultrasound, including interscalene, epidural, and thoracic blocks
• Participate in a rotating call schedule with fellow CRNAs
• Manage pre-op, intra-op, and post-op anesthesia care

Compensation & Benefits

• $230/hr with 8-hour daily minimum (M–F)
• OT after 8 hours/day at $250/hr (rounded to nearest 15 minutes)
• Weeknight beeper call: $400
• Call backs: $250/hr with 2-hour minimum
• Weekend call: $1,700/24 hrs (includes first 2 hours of call backs)
• Paid lodging
• Travel reimbursement (mileage at IRS rate, airfare/rental car with pre-approval)
• Malpractice coverage provided

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Active Minnesota license (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia
• Comfortable with a variety of outpatient and select inpatient cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• 48-bed facility with 4 ORs (2 running daily)
• 6–8 cases/day
• 30 deliveries/month
• Flexible schedule options: 2 weeks on / 1 week off, or week-by-week arrangements
