Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a range of surgical specialties
• Work collaboratively within the anesthesia care team model
• Ensure safe and efficient patient management throughout procedures
• Participate in pre-op and post-op patient evaluations

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $1,600+ per day (competitive hourly rate)
• Bonuses: Up to $20,000 in additional incentives

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with an active Texas license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Ability to work independently and within a care team model
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
