CRNAs for coverage in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The position offers competitive rates with additional bonuses. For OB coverage, in-house shifts are required. Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Experience with cardiac and OB coverage is a plus.
- Willingness to work 12 and 14-hour shifts, including weekends for cardiac coverage.
- Must be able to complete credentialing within 90 days.
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
The position offers a base rate of $200 per hour, with a $35 per hour worked bonus. For cardiac coverage, the rate increases to $250 per hour plus a $25 per hour worked bonus. Additional benefits include travel and lodging coverage, malpractice insurance, and a $3,500 referral bonus.
