Job Description
Mid-Missouri Anesthesia Consultants is seeking a skilled CRNA for a locum tenens position in Jefferson City, Missouri. This assignment offers an excellent work-life balance with weekday hours, no weekends, and a straightforward case mix in a professional, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of general surgery cases (bread and butter).
- No cardiac or neurosurgical cases required.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $250/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day
- Independent contractor (1099) position
Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification and Missouri state license
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum one year of anesthesia experience preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time weekday schedule, Monday through Friday
- Day shifts only; no call, nights, or weekends
- Cases include general and routine surgeries—no hearts or heads
