Locum CRNA – Charlotte, NC Area | $250/hr + Travel, Lodging & Malpractice

Job Description

CRNA Together is actively seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a high-demand locum tenens opportunity with a large Charlotte-area health system. This long-term engagement runs through the end of 2025 (and into 2026) and requires at least a 90-day commitment. Work with one of the most respected internal anesthesia teams in the region, offering flexibility, high pay, and diverse cases. We are hiring **15 CRNAs per day** to support this growing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care across a wide variety of complex inpatient surgical cases
• Perform regional techniques including spinals, epidurals, and arterial line placement
• Manage ventilators and support trauma and thoracic surgeries
• Work independently under a 3:1 or 4:1 supervision model

Compensation & Benefits

• $250/hour (equivalent to $1,800–$2,800/day)
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Paid travel and lodging
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
• $50/day referral bonus for worked referrals

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in North Carolina
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, vent management, and arterial lines

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shifts: 8s and 12s available; some 10s for GI/Endo
• Minimum 90-day commitment preferred
• Credentialing timeline: approximately 60 days
• Facility: Level II trauma center in a Charlotte suburb
