Locum CRNA – Completion Bonus + High Pay | Spinals, Blocks & Beeper Call

Job Description

We are urgently seeking locum CRNAs for a high-paying opportunity at a 100-bed community hospital in Exeter, New Hampshire. This role includes a generous completion bonus after 13 weeks/520 hours, a supportive care team model, and guaranteed hours. Ideal for CRNAs proficient in spinals and peripheral nerve blocks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care under a supervision model across general, ortho, and pediatric cases
• Perform spinals independently and participate in blocks if skilled
• Participate in weekend beeper call with low callback rate (<5%)
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech and paper charting

Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• Proficiency with spinals and nerve blocks preferred
• Ability to work in a care team supervision model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shifts: 8s and 10s
• Weekend beeper call rotation with very low callback
• Small community hospital with 9 anesthetizing locations
• Initial contract: 4–12 months with option to extend
• Credentialing: ~90 days
