This locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) assignment in Hattiesburg, Mississippi is an immediate-need, full-time contract supporting a community hospital with supplemental coverage across affiliated outpatient settings. The role is designed for experienced CRNAs seeking predictable weekday hours, a general case mix, and a no-call, no-weekend schedule in a stable clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for scheduled surgical and procedural cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer general and regional anesthesia as appropriate for case requirements
• Monitor patients throughout anesthesia delivery and transition care post-procedure
• Collaborate with surgical teams, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Clinical Scope & Practice Setting

• General surgery case mix
• Community hospital operating rooms
• Potential rotation to affiliated ambulatory surgery center
• Potential rotation to eye center
• Balanced procedural volume without high-acuity trauma burden

Schedule & Assignment Structure

• Immediate start upon credentialing
• 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available
• Full-time locum contract
• Monday–Friday coverage
• No call responsibilities
• No weekends
