Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for GI procedures in a high-efficiency clinical environment.
- Collaborate with endoscopy staff and gastroenterologists to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care under both independent and care-team models as scheduled.
Compensation & Benefits
- $200 per hour
- 1099 independent contractor role – flexibility and tax advantages
- Consistent weekday shifts, Monday–Friday
- Predictable work environment with no call, weekends, or holidays
Job Requirements
- Active CRNA certification and Massachusetts state license (or eligibility)
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Comfort working independently and within a care team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shifts: 5 x 8-hour days (Monday–Friday)
- Case type: GI only
- CRNA-only model Monday–Wednesday
- Care-team model Thursday–Friday
