Locum CRNA – Goldsboro, NC GI Cases (Autonomous Practice)
Job Description
Full-time or part-time locum CRNA opportunity in the Goldsboro, North Carolina area. This role is 100% autonomous with a focus on high-volume GI endoscopy cases. Schedule runs 8 AM to 4 PM with many days finishing before 3 PM. No call, nights, or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia independently for GI procedures
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop anesthesia plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures
- Oversee post-anesthesia care and safe patient recovery
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Part-Time: $1,400–$1,500 per day (1099)
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- Full-Time compensation based on experience
- Independent contractor position
- No call, nights, or weekends
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- Active North Carolina license or eligibility
- Experience required; must be able to work autonomously
- Strong clinical skills in GI anesthesia
Schedule & Work Environment
- Typical schedule: 8 AM – 4 PM
- Average 10–14 cases per day
- Shifts often end early
- No call, no nights, no weekends
