Locum CRNA – Gonzales $2,800 $2,900/day | Housing Provided
Job Description
A locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is needed in Gonzales, Texas, one hour from Austin. This short-term assignment runs from October 13 to November 10, offering a solo CRNA practice environment with strong case variety and regional anesthesia opportunities. Housing and malpractice coverage are included.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases
- Perform regional anesthesia, epidurals, and sedation as required
- Manage patient assessment, anesthesia delivery, and recovery
- Work as the sole anesthesia provider in a CRNA-only practice
Schedule & Work Environment
- Assignment dates: October 13 – November 10, 2025
- CRNA-only, independent practice model
- 10–15 cases per week
- Case mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/Gyn, GI Sedation, Epidurals, and Podiatry
Compensation & Benefits
- $2,800–$2,900 per day
- 1099 engagement
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Housing included
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA-certified CRNA
- Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to work independently in a solo CRNA environment
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia and epidurals
