A Level I Trauma Center in Shreveport, Louisiana is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment offering flexible scheduling and strong hourly compensation. This hospital-based role supports a high-acuity environment while excluding cardiac and obstetric cases.

CRNAs in this position will practice within an anesthesia care team model and may choose from a variety of shift structures, including extended schedules for providers seeking higher weekly hours. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a broad surgical case mix excluding hearts and OB
• Practice within an anesthesia care team (ACT) model
• Support trauma and surgical services in a high-acuity hospital setting
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification in good standing
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Louisiana
• Comfort working in a Level I Trauma Center environment
• Ability to work within an ACT model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum tenens assignment with flexible scheduling
• Shift options include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Option to work five 12-hour shifts per week
• Block schedules such as 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off available
• Hospital-based anesthesia practice
