Locum CRNA – Miles City, MT | Independent Model | Great Pay + 2 Weeks On/1 Week Off

Job Description

Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens opportunity in Miles City, Montana. This independent practice role offers great pay, a light case mix, and a flexible schedule of two weeks on and one week off. Lodging, mileage, and malpractice with tail coverage are provided. Contract length is 3–6 months with the option to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care independently for cases including general surgery, orthopedics, emergency department, OB, and GYN.
• Perform pre-op evaluations, administer anesthesia, and ensure safe postoperative recovery.
• Take part in call rotation as scheduled (weekends and weekday call TBD).
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
• Active Montana CRNA license (or willingness to obtain).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum assignment in Miles City, Montana.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8s.
• Rotation: 2 weeks on / 1 week off.
• Call: Weekday and weekend call required (details TBD).
• Independent CRNA practice model.
• Contract: 3–6 months with option to extend.
• Start: As soon as credentialed (approx. 60 days).
