Job Description

This locum tenens CRNA opportunity is available at a small community hospital in Exeter, New Hampshire, beginning February 2026. The facility is a 100-bed Level III trauma center with a supportive anesthesia care team and expedited credentialing available. CRNAs will manage a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, and pediatrics, with opportunities to perform spinals and peripheral nerve blocks based on proficiency. This assignment offers flexible scheduling options, guaranteed hours, and industry-leading compensation with travel support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general, OB, orthopedic, and pediatric cases
• Perform spinal anesthesia independently
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks if proficient
• Collaborate within a supervised anesthesia model (1:3)
• Participate in limited beeper call coverage with minimal callbacks

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Comfortable with general, OB, ortho, and pediatric cases
• Experience with spinals required
• Peripheral nerve block experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• 5 x 8.5-hour shifts or 4 x 10.5-hour shifts
• Unpaid 30-minute break per shift
• Some weekend beeper call with less than 5% callback rate
• Contract length: 4–12 months with option to extend
• Charting: Meditech and paper
