Locum CRNA Needed in Honolulu – Independent Practice, No Call.
Job Description
This locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and offers immediate coverage needs with temporary privileges available. This role provides the flexibility of multiple shift options and an independent practice model, making it an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking a high-demand assignment in a desirable location.
The position supports a broad surgical case mix, including ENT, GI, GYN, general surgery, neuro, orthopedics, vascular cases, and optional regional blocks. There is no call and no weekend coverage required. Lodging and rental or mileage expenses are included in the rate, allowing providers to focus fully on clinical care.
Credentialing is available on an expedited basis, with temporary privileges offered. The assignment is structured as a three-month contract with the option to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
- Independently manage anesthetic plans and intraoperative care
- Optional performance of regional anesthesia blocks
- Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shift options include 8s, 10s, and 12s
- Day shifts only
- No call requirements

Job Requirements
- Active State APRN license
- NBCRNA certification
- Ability to obtain expedited credentialing
