Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia care across a broad case mix including bread & butter, OB, ortho, GI, cardiac, ENT, and neuro.
• Perform epidurals and provide independent OB coverage at night when on call.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care in a Level 3 trauma hospital.
• Document accurately in Cerner EMR and comply with facility protocols.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
• Eligible for Indiana licensure.
• OB anesthesia skillset required, including epidurals and independent coverage.
• Comfortable with a broad range of cases including cardiac and neuro.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shift options: 7a–3p day shifts or 24-hour in-house call (7a–7a).
• Average 22 surgical cases per day, plus 8–10 endoscopies.
• OB volume: 1200–1300 deliveries annually, including 300–350 c-sections.
• Facility: 8 ORs, 1 cardiac room, 1 OB suite.
• Level 3 trauma designation.
• Cerner EMR system.
