Mid-Missouri Anesthesia Consultants (MMAC) is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity in Jefferson City, Missouri. This role offers excellent pay, predictable weekday hours, and a supportive private practice environment. Ideal for CRNAs who prefer a steady Monday–Friday schedule without nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of bread-and-butter surgical cases.
• Ensure patient safety through proper preoperative assessment, intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia records and documentation.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $250 per hour
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day
• No call, nights, or weekends required

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with an active Missouri license
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of general anesthesia cases
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
