Job Description

Orchard Recruiting is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a high-paying locum tenens opportunity in Southwest Missouri. This stroke-certified facility features a complex case mix, advanced procedures, and a 4:1 medical direction model. The assignment begins October 27, 2025, and continues through 2026 with full-time or part-time availability considered. Ref: 55321

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume facility with 17 operating rooms running simultaneously.
• Manage diverse surgical cases including neuro, spines, ENT, EP, labor & delivery, endoscopy, cardiac, and imaging procedures.
• Perform advanced procedures such as intubations, arterial line placement, and ventilator management.
• Deliver anesthesia care under a 4:1 medical direction model.
• Care for pediatric and adult populations across a wide variety of specialties.

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,400 – $2,800 per day (1099 independent contractor).
• No daily guarantee; overtime applies only after the scheduled shift, not weekly.
• Unpaid lunch break.
• White-glove licensing and credentialing support provided.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA (board-certified or board-eligible).
• Missouri license required (assistance available).
• Experience with complex cases including neuro, spine, and pediatric anesthesia.
• Comfort with advanced anesthesia procedures (intubations, arterial lines, ventilator management).

Schedule & Work Environment

• Assignment start: October 27, 2025 – ongoing through December 31, 2026.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.
• 10- and 12-hour day/evening shifts available.
• Facility volume: ~135 anesthesia cases daily across 17 ORs.
• No call; on-site clinical hours only.
• Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days.
