locum CRNA – Tuba City Regional Health Care
Job Description
Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) is seeking a locum CRNA to provide anesthesia services in a rural Arizona setting on the Navajo Nation. This independent practice role is within an all-CRNA group. The position involves providing regional, epidural, intrathecal, and general anesthesia for adults, pediatrics, geriatrics, and obstetrics. As a level 3 trauma center, TCRHCC cares for ASA 1-4 patients, many with complex medical histories. The CRNA department is run by CRNAs, and the position includes call shifts, which are mandatory and independent (no backup). Experience is highly preferred but not required for the right candidate. The group is known for being fun, relaxed, and collegial, with an excellent schedule.
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently in an all-CRNA group practice.
- Experience in regional, epidural, intrathecal, and general anesthesia.
- Willingness to take call shifts, which are independent (no backup).
- Experience caring for complex medical cases is preferred but not required.
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
The position offers $2,500 per day. The salary mentioned does not include the excellent benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, LTI, PTO, long/short term disability, retirement (401K), and access to subsidized hospital housing. All healthcare provided inside the TCRHCC network is FREE, and the total compensation package is significantly more than the daily rate.
