Job Description

Integrity is seeking locum CRNAs to cover shifts at Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, Wisconsin. The position involves independent practice, where the CRNA will run their own rooms without medical direction from an attending MD. The opportunity allows CRNAs to work at the highest level, performing blocks and central lines. The case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, GI, OBGYN, ENT, urology, podiatry, and ophthalmology. Both dayshift and call positions are available, including call shifts for OB and OR. Competitive pay and malpractice coverage are provided.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage your own rooms without medical direction.
• Experience in general surgery, orthopedics, GI, OBGYN, ENT, urology, podiatry, and ophthalmology cases.
• Willingness to accommodate both dayshift and call shifts as needed.
• Availability for call shifts for OB and OR as required.
• Credentialing time: Typically 45-60 days.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

Compensation includes $250/hr (8-hour guarantee), $1000/day for M-F call, $2000/day for weekend call, $250/hr for call back (2-hour guarantee), $300/day per diem, mileage reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.
