Locum Tenens CRNA – $240/Hour ($300 OT) | Supervised or Independent Practice

AIM Anesthesia is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity in Boise, Idaho. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical cases in a hospital setting.
• Administer anesthesia independently or under medical supervision, depending on the facility assignment.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and create tailored anesthesia plans for each patient.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia recovery.
• Participate in the call schedule, including 1 weekend shift and 2 night calls per month.
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold high standards of clinical care and patient safety.

Compensation & Benefits

• $240/hour base rate
• $300/hour overtime rate
• Daily compensation range: $1,900–$3,600+
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Full-time schedule with approximately 40 hours per week
• Credentialing assistance provided (approx. 90 days)
• Option to practice independently at sister hospital

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Idaho CRNA license required
• DEA and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required
• Proficiency in general anesthesia and regional techniques
• Ability to adapt to both independent and supervised practice models
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time locum position (40 hours per week)
• Combination of shifts to complete a full workweek
• Call required: 1 weekend per month + 2 nights per month
