Locum Tenens CRNA – $255/Hour + Expenses | Level II Trauma Hospital

Job Description

GQR is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a leading Level II trauma hospital in North Dakota. This position offers excellent hourly compensation, covered travel expenses, and the chance to work within a well-supported anesthesia care team under medical direction. The facility features a diverse case mix across multiple departments, providing a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across 15 operating rooms, including 4 located at the outpatient surgery center (OSC).
• Deliver anesthetic care and support to Endoscopy (4 suites), Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Radiology, and Cancer Care units.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia for a range of bread-and-butter surgical cases, including orthopedics, ENT, GI, and women’s health.
• Provide epidurals and regional blocks as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• $255/hour plus paid travel and lodging expenses
• 1099 independent contractor status

• CRNA on-call rotation (not required to stay in-house)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active North Dakota CRNA license required
• Comfortable practicing under medical direction in a trauma hospital setting
• Proficiency in general anesthesia and regional techniques (epidurals, nerve blocks preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage diverse case types
