Job Description
Partners in Anesthesia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens opportunities in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral metro areas. This position offers excellent compensation, full travel and lodging reimbursement, and malpractice coverage. Join a collaborative anesthesia care team in a flexible, no-call environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services across various surgical specialties.
- Work within an anesthesia care team model alongside anesthesiologists and surgical staff.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, monitor patients throughout procedures, and ensure smooth recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and comply with facility standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive pay rate (based on experience and assignment details).
- Travel and lodging expenses fully reimbursed.

- Flexible scheduling: 4–5 days per week.
- Contract length: 4–6 months with potential for extension.

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
- Active Florida RN and CRNA license (or eligibility).

- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills.

- Full-time locum position, 4–5 days per week.
