Key Details
- Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
- Start Date: March 31st, ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM
- Call Schedule: Weekdays 1:3, Weekends 1:4
- Cases: General, endoscopy, OB, orthopedics (including some spines), urology, gynecology, podiatry, and cardiac (~380 cases/year in cath lab and TEE)
- Team: 1 MD and 3 CRNAs per day (MDs handle pre-ops, run boards, and assist as needed)
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $245/hour
- Daily Pay: $1,900 – $2,100
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Travel and housing expenses covered
