Job Description
A busy hospital in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens coverage beginning in March with ongoing needs. This opportunity offers weekday day-shift coverage with a mix of shift lengths and the potential to extend the assignment through the summer months.
CRNAs in this role will practice in a medically directed anesthesia care team within a hospital-based operating room environment. The facility supports multiple anesthetizing locations and maintains consistent daily staffing with both anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across multiple service lines
- Support anesthetizing locations including general surgery, endoscopy, OB/GYN, orthopedics, spine, and robotics
- Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and CRNA colleagues
- Deliver hands-on anesthesia care throughout the perioperative period
- Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification in good standing
- Eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
- Board certification required
- Ability to work within a supervised anesthesia care model
- Availability to participate in call rotation

- Mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour day shifts
- Six anesthetizing locations running daily
- Call rotation approximately 1 in 4, taken from home
- In-house CRNA coverage available 24/7
