CRNAs will work across general, orthopedic, pediatric, and OB cases in a supportive care-team model, with MD supervision and a 3:1 CRNA-to-MD ratio. The site offers modern anesthesia workflows across nine anesthesia rooms using Meditech and paper charting. Optional weeknight and weekend pager call is available, with weekend call being mandatory—but call-back rates remain under 5% for predictable work–life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia care across general, orthopedic, pediatric, and OB cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized plans
• Manage anesthesia during procedures in a medically supervised care-team model
• Provide safe postoperative monitoring and recovery support
• Participate in weeknight and weekend pager call (weekend call required)

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA license (NH license candidates accepted; licensing assistance provided)
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to work within a medically supervised care-team model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum tenens assignment
• 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
• Weeknight call preferred; weekend pager call required
• Call-back rate under 5%
• Nine anesthesia rooms; CRNA-to-MD ratio of 3:1
• Meditech/paper charting
