Job Description

Radar Healthcare is seeking locum tenens CRNAs for a long-term, ongoing assignment in Bangor, Maine, beginning February 2026 with flexibility for earlier or slightly later start dates. This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation, full travel and lodging coverage, paid malpractice insurance, and assistance with obtaining or renewing a Maine CRNA license. The position operates within a collaborative care-team model, offering CRNAs the option to take call or additional hours to significantly increase earnings. Providers may choose to work approximately 45–50 hours per week if desired, making this a strong option for CRNAs looking to maximize income while maintaining a stable and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services within a care-team model across a variety of case types
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and formulate tailored anesthetic plans
  • Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia as appropriate
  • Monitor patient status throughout procedures and manage anesthesia-related needs
  • Optional participation in call rotation to earn additional income

Job Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Active CRNA licensure (Maine license assistance available)
  • NBCRNA certification
  • BLS and ACLS certification recommended
