Locums CRNA Opportunity with High-Autonomy ASC Coverage in Rockville
Job Description
Potomac Anesthesia Associates is seeking an experienced CRNA for a flexible locum tenens role covering multiple ASCs across the Rockville–Silver Spring–Frederick region. This opportunity offers strong autonomy, predictable weekday scheduling, and a prime location just north of Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of bread-and-butter outpatient cases
- Support multiple ambulatory surgery centers within the practice’s coverage region
- Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia services for GI, GYN, urology, healthy pediatrics, and general surgery
- Perform preoperative evaluations and manage plans through recovery
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,800 per day (equivalent to $220/hr)
- Monday–Friday scheduling preferred (4–5 days/week)
- No call and no weekends
- 1099 independent contractor position
Job Requirements
- Independent contractor (1099) status
- Must be available for consistent weekday coverage
- Experience with outpatient bread-and-butter anesthesia cases
- No agency submissions accepted
Schedule & Work Environment
- Immediate start available
- Daytime-only schedule, Monday through Friday
- Coverage across multiple ASCs in the Rockville–Silver Spring–Frederick corridor
- No first call and no second call
