Maine Anesthesia Services is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens coverage at an ophthalmology ambulatory surgery center (ASC) located in Androscoggin County, Maine. This position offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for cataract cases using MAC/IV sedation
- Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during and after procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement anesthesia care plans
- Provide post-anesthesia care and patient monitoring

Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification
- Active Maine RN and APRN licensure
- Experience with MAC/IV sedation preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle ophthalmology cases
