Minnesota Locum CRNA – $240/hr + Full Reimbursements

Job Description

A recruitment agency is seeking locum tenens CRNAs for a tertiary care hospital in Minnesota. This role offers flexible scheduling with multiple shift options, generous reimbursement policies, and premium pay for call, OT, and holidays. Providers will work within a care team model at a Level III facility using Epic EMR.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients ages 12 and older across a variety of surgical specialties
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and manage anesthesia care plans
• Participate in intraoperative patient monitoring and post-anesthesia care
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, and anesthesia support staff in a care team model
• Provide occasional overnight or weekend coverage if desired

Compensation & Benefits

• $240/hour base rate
• OT: 1.5x hourly rate after scheduled shift
• Call pay:
  • Weeknight beeper (8 hrs): $600
  • Weeknight beeper (12 hrs): $800
  • Weekend beeper (12 hrs): $1,000
  • Weekend beeper (24 hrs): $1,500
• Call backs paid at 1.5x hourly rate
• Holiday pay: 1.5x hourly rate
• Full travel and lodging reimbursements
• Malpractice insurance provided

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Licensed RN with Minnesota Board of Nursing
• ACLS and BLS certification required upon hire
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative care team environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shift options: 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts
• Typical schedules: 6:30am–3pm, 6:30am–5pm, 6:30am–7pm, 6:30am–8pm
• Minimum: 2 weeks per month required
• Full-time coverage preferred
• Care team model 4:1 with dedicated anesthesia aide support
• Epic EMR
• Level III tertiary facility
