Montana Locum CRNA – $1,800–$2,500/Day / Rural Independent Practice

Job Description

Wilderness Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens assignments in East-Central Montana. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for orthopedic, general surgery, podiatry, OB/GYN, pediatric, and endoscopy cases.
• Work independently in a rural hospital with a full support staff.
• Participate in rotating call with a 20-minute callback response time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Pay: $1,800–$2,500 per day (based on experience)
• Hourly Rate: $230–$250/hour with 8-hour guarantee
• Call Pay: $40–$50/hour
• Call-Back Pay: $230–$250/hour (1-hour guarantee)
• Travel and housing provided at no cost
• Malpractice insurance included
• $1,000 referral bonus for CRNA referrals

Job Requirements

• Active Montana CRNA license
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Active DEA registration
• Experience in independent practice required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Assignments: October 13–24, 2025 and November 3–17, 2025
• Scheduled Cases: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM (8-hour guarantee)
• Rotating call coverage with 20-minute callback time
