Job Description
Need CRNAs for an independent practice position in Kansas, starting February 17th. The schedule is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, with Monday to Friday shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM (with potential to extend to 7 AM to 5 PM). Shared call responsibilities are included. The CRNA team will cover 7 ORs, with cases including orthopedics, OB, some pediatric cases, blocks, epidurals, and spinals. Competitive pay of $230/hr, with additional compensation for overtime, call back, and weekend call. Paid malpractice, housing, and travel are provided.
Job Qualifications
- Strong independent practice experience required, as CRNAs will work without medical direction.
- Ability to cover 7 ORs and handle a variety of cases including ortho, OB, pediatric, blocks, epidurals, and spinals.
- Willingness to accommodate shared call shifts, including weeknight and weekend calls.
- Credentialing time: Typically 45-60 days.
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
Compensation includes $230/hr, with overtime pay at $250/hr, $300 for weeknight call, $1,100 for 24-hour weekend call, and $250/hr for call back. Paid malpractice, housing, and travel are also included.
