Job Description

MedTalent Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment near Florence, South Carolina. This is a 3-month assignment with the option to extend. The position is medically supervised and offers flexible scheduling and a diverse case mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, EP vascular, and endoscopy
• Administer anesthesia to healthy pediatric patients
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the perioperative period

Compensation & Benefits

• $270/hour + expenses (travel, lodging, etc.)
• OR $285/hour all-inclusive rate
• Travel and lodging expenses covered (if choosing the $270/hour rate)
• Malpractice insurance provided

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active South Carolina RN and APRN licensure
• Clean malpractice history required for temporary credentialing
• Experience in general surgery, orthopedics, and cardiothoracic anesthesia preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible shifts: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour options
• Medically supervised model
• 90-day credentialing period with cross-credentialing required
