Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care across multiple hospital sites
- Participate as part of a high-performing anesthesia team

Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 employee position
- Top-of-market salary with annual raises
- $25,000 sign-on bonus + $10K annual bonus

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification – required
- Eligible for Texas CRNA licensure

Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible rotating shifts of 10s and 13s
- No first or second call responsibilities
- Multiple hospital practice sites with advanced clinical settings
- 40 hours of CME time annually + structured mentorship and career advancement
