The position involves care of patients in the main hospital, ambulatory surgery center, or GI endoscopy unit, all located on the Farmington, CT University campus. The main hospital is less than 6 years old. Outstanding facility and staff providing superb clinical care in a collegial, teamwork-oriented environment.

The position can also include work lower acuity community hospital in Torrington, and/or at tertiary care Hartford hospital.

Inductience is the only anesthesia services organization of its kind in New England. We are a staffing support team of over 40 MDs and CRNAs, owned and operated by a highly experienced anesthesiologist leader. We understand the clinicians concerns as well as the clients needs and the physician anesthesiologist owner is personally involved in the engagement of all clinicians and clients.

With a currently serve over 20 hospital, ambulatory surgery center and GI endoscopy facilities throughout CT, MA, and Southern NH. Our clinician team member and client service numbers continue to grow steadily. Our top priorities are clinician satisfaction and exemplary service delivery to clients.

Scheduling is highly flexible but preference is given to regular schedule commitments. Rates may be higher with such commitments. Currently 8s, 10s, and 24s are needed.

All clinicians are engaged as independent (1099) contractors, and malpractice insurance coverage is available
