West-Central Nebraska Locum CRNA – $240/hr | All-CRNA Surgery Center | 7a–5p

Job Description

A surgery center in West-Central Nebraska is seeking two CRNAs for locum tenens coverage beginning June 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed). This is an all-CRNA practice offering a consistent daytime schedule in a busy ambulatory surgery setting.

The facility averages approximately 25 cases per day and is seeking providers comfortable with a broad case mix, including pediatric cases (2–3 per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia services in an all-CRNA surgery center
• Manage cases including general, ENT, GI, endoscopy, GYN, oral surgery, podiatry, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pain, hand, and urology
• Provide anesthesia for pediatric cases as needed (2–3 per week)
• Deliver safe, efficient care in a high-volume ASC environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $240 per hour (all-inclusive rate)
• 8-hour daily guarantee
• Malpractice coverage provided through agency
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Active Nebraska license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Must be fully certified (not in examination process)
• Comfortable providing pediatric anesthesia

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum tenens position starting June 1, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
• Full-time preferred; open to 2 weeks per month
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• All-CRNA practice model
• Average 25 cases per day
