Wyoming Locum CRNA – $245–$255/hr | 8-Hr Min | First Call $400

Job Description

A medical facility in Northeastern Wyoming is seeking three CRNAs for locum tenens coverage beginning May 1, 2026. This 1099 opportunity offers full-time coverage with flexibility for providers available 1–2 weeks per month.

CRNAs will practice within a care-team model where anesthesiologists both supervise and run their own rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical case mix
• Place and manage labor epidurals independently
• Deliver regional anesthesia for a well-established orthopedic service line
• Participate in weekday first call coverage as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $245/hour with 8-hour daily minimum guarantee
• Overtime and callback rate: $255/hour (2-hour minimum per callback)
• $400 weekday first call beeper pay (M–F)
• $35/day meal per diem while on assignment
• Lodging and travel reimbursement provided
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Active Wyoming license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Comfortable placing labor epidurals independently
• New graduates not accepted

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Full-time coverage preferred; open to 1–2 weeks per month
• Weeknight first call until 7:00 AM if assigned
• Post-call day is a partial day reimbursed at the 8-hour minimum
• Case mix includes orthopedics, pediatrics (non-complex), ENT, trauma/transport, occasional pacemaker procedures, epidurals for deliveries
• No cardiac, neuro, or vascular cases
