Job Description
A Birmingham-based ambulatory surgery center is seeking experienced CRNAs to provide full-time, part-time, or PRN coverage. This opportunity offers autonomy in a CRNA-led model, with a focus on cardiac and vascular procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of cardiac and vascular cases.
- Work independently in a CRNA-led environment.
- Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality anesthesia care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily rate: $1,400 – $1,600 (1099 contractor).
- Flat daily rate for full-time coverage.
- Hourly compensation available for PRN/part-time with guaranteed minimums.
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Experience with cardiac and vascular cases preferred.
- Ability to practice independently in an ASC environment.
Schedule & Work Environment
- ASC-based schedule: Monday – Friday.
- No nights, weekends, or holiday coverage required.
- Independent practice model with full CRNA autonomy.
