360 Anesthesia is proud to partner with Mimbres Memorial Hospital in Deming, New Mexico, a Critical Access Hospital serving Deming and Luna County. This exciting locum tenens opportunity offers flexibility with just two weeks of work per month, starting in January with an open-ended contract.

The position involves a bread-and-butter caseload, primarily General, Ortho, and Light OB cases. Proficiency in regional anesthesia, including spinal and epidurals, is required. You’ll be covering both the OR and OB during your two-week shifts. The hospital is a 25-bed facility with a caseload of approximately 105-115 cases per month and 15 OBs per month (around 250 OBs per year).

The on-call schedule is manageable with 1-2 callbacks per week. You’ll work alongside another CRNA who works Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to balance work and personal life while making a significant impact in a small community hospital.
