Job Description

Apollo Surgery Center, located in Lancaster, CA, is a GI endoscopy procedure center seeking a CRNA to join our team. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional growth. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgical procedures, and providing pre- and post-operative care. This position will be paid as a 1099 contractor.

Apollo Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art 6,000 sq ft facility that began operations in December 2022. It features 3 procedure rooms, 4 pre-op beds, and 7 post-op beds, specializing in gastroenterology endoscopy services, including EGD and colonoscopy procedures. As the center expands, we expect to add several more providers and handle higher-acuity cases.

Job Qualifications

– Current CRNA license
– Ability to administer anesthesia and monitor patients during endoscopic procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-acuity cases
– Familiar with the dosage, route of administration, action, adverse drug reactions, and reversal medications for anesthesia
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with physicians
– Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

CRNA Together is seeking relationships with CRNAs to help fill an opening with an established anesthesia medical group in Fort Smith, Arkansas, offering a premium above-market rate. This need is ongoing, and we can guarantee at least six months of work, with the possibility of more. The ideal candidate will have no malpractice or disciplinary history and availability for ongoing work.

The target start date is 12/9 for those with an active AR license, and candidates who already have an active Arkansas license can credential in under 30 days. For those needing licensure, a January start date is realistic.

Schedule Options:
– 8s, 10s, and 12s available during the week
– 8s and 10s available on Saturdays and Sundays
– First call: Typically stay until 10 or 11 PM, rarely called back
– Second call: Very rarely called in

Case mix includes orthopedics, ENT, no sick pediatric cases, GI, light trauma, and basic bread-and-butter procedures. CRNAs will practice independently with some MD supervision.

Job Qualifications

– Active Arkansas CRNA license preferred (or ability to obtain licensure)
